Reservatus lets you control how bookings get confirmed to reduce no-shows and keep customers informed.

Booking statuses

• New: just created, pending confirmation.
• Confirmed: approved by business or system.
• Completed: service has been delivered.
• Canceled: canceled by customer or business.

Auto-confirmation

When enabled, bookings are confirmed immediately after creation. Useful for high-volume simple services.

Manual confirmation

The business reviews and confirms bookings from the dashboard. Helpful when you need to verify availability.

Walk-in confirmations

Walk-in (overbook) reservations are confirmed automatically and marked as completed at creation. No confirmation emails are sent; a review request can be triggered if enabled.
